Team Building and Corporate Retreats in Tuscany
Sometimes the most productive thing a team can do is get away from the office.
At Oasyhotel, everyday distractions fade away and it becomes much easier to focus.
Corporate retreats, team building and executive offsites take place within our protected nature reserve in the Tuscan Apennines, one hour from Florence, where meeting rooms are surrounded by 1,000 hectares of woodland and meadows.
Mornings in the conference room give way to afternoons outdoors, with hikes through the woods, wildlife tours, bushcraft sessions and e-bike rides in the Reserve. Oasyhotel’s activities are not simply extras: they change the quality of the time spent together.
Meeting Spaces
Five indoor spaces between Le Felci and Casa Luigi, with technical equipment and specific room configurations available on request.
Le Felci Conference Room
26 seated, 36 standing. It is also a library dedicated to architecture and design.
Cinema Room
20 theatre-style seats, ideal for presentations and screenings.
Le Felci Lobby
30 seated, 60 standing. Suitable for arrivals, welcome drinks and breaks between sessions.
Casa Luigi Conference Room
14 seated, 50 standing, with large windows overlooking the reserve.
Fireplace Room
14 seated, 30 standing, gathered around a large fireplace.
Team Activities
Oasyhotel is not a resort with a list of things to do. Every experience comes from the Reserve, its wildlife, the surrounding area and the seasons. During a corporate retreat, activities in nature introduce a different rhythm to the day and create shared points of reference.
Forest Escape
A puzzle and orienteering game in the Reserve, using a map, compass and coordinates. Success is not guaranteed, and that is precisely the point.
Bushcraft
An introduction to practical outdoor skills, led by experts, that puts teamwork and resourcefulness to the test.
Wildlife Tour
A guided walk focused on observing and listening, with the chance, if you are lucky, to encounter deer or wolves.
Cooking Classes
Lessons in the farmhouse kitchen with our Chef, dedicated to fresh pasta and Tuscan culinary traditions.

Our Partners
For structured team building programmes, we work with Dynamo Academy, a social enterprise founded on the values of Dynamo Camp and active for fifteen years with companies and managers.
Its activities are rooted in Dynamo Recreational Therapy, the method developed through its work with children attending the Camp: non-competitive challenges and shared experiences in which the group grows before the individual.
Together with TEHA Group, controlled by The European House Ambrosetti, we have launched Leadership Retreats: two days of work for leadership teams, hosted within our Reserve.
Since 2013, TEHA Group has been ranked in the “Best Private Think Tanks” category as the No. 1 think tank in Italy, No. 4 in the European Union and among the world’s most respected independent think tanks (source: University of Pennsylvania’s “Global Go To Think Tanks Report”).
Exclusive Use
The entire property can be reserved for exclusive use, with 17 lodges accommodating up to 38 guests, or 52 with additional beds, as well as our restaurants, dedicated event spaces, meadows and lake.
The whole group can dine together: up to 80 guests on the Casa Luigi patio and 50 at Le Felci. No shared spaces, with all the privacy needed for leadership meetings and strategic work.
We are one hour from Florence and 40 minutes from Pistoia railway station, with group transfers available from airports and railway stations.
Our season runs from 1 April to 2 November, but exclusive use outside the regular season can always be requested.
